Philip Cummins and Lee Maen, owners of the Innovative Dining Group, guarantee diners an unforgettable experience rendered by especially trained servers. Apart from their succulent surf and turf offerings, their tableside made from scratch Caesar salad is also famous and a must try. Regional dishes like goat cheese pistachio baklava, and grilled hearts of palm Cajun crab cake are some of the international additions to the LA menu. The stars on the menu are of course the mouthwatering butter-like tender and juice prime cut steaks.

ChamasChamas at the Intercontinental Hotel brings the flavour and the energetic vibe of a Brazilian churrascarias to Abu Dhabi.
