Lamm & Leu is a great place to unwind. Located right in the heart of Arosa, it is open from 4pm to 1am daily. You can choose to start at the bar to set your mood for the gratifying grill room dinner, or stay at the music lounge for you to relax while you dine. The place is classic, spacious and very cozy with a touch of class and the view of the mountain tops just enhances the whole ambiance.

The restaurant specializes on grilled steak and dry aged beef or tapas with option to order a la carte or experience the degustation menu.  Catering to the adult crowd, they accept groups and also reservations.

Praetschli Stall

Praetschli StallFrom the outside, the Praetschli Stall of the Praetschli Hotel looks like a modest barn, with wooden benches and tables where skiers can sit and enjoy snacks and a hot drink, but inside, it is so much more. The warmth of the lit candles, the chandelier, the roaring fireplace, and the rustic feel gives diners a welcome feel upon entering.

Be expecting to dine with groups of snowboarders having snacks in the day time and couples or families having hearty dinner meals in the evening.

The Praetschli stall (stable) is famous for its cheese fondue treats. Try the stall fondue, Bündner platter, schnitzel, and the cheese soufflé. The Hotel is shut down for summertime but the Stall stays open from 4pm ‘til 2am. The charming eatery opens a little earlier during the winter starting at 3pm.

Trattoria Stüva Cuolm is acclaimed by one of the top nightlife magazines as the best Italian restaurant in Graubünden. Its wine cellar has also been cited as having the best names with numerous awards.

Its Italian classic Tuscany cuisine is matched by an Italian rustic log cabin atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for romantic evenings.  Pizzas and pasta Tuscan style, octopus salad, contorni, fresh focaccia washed down with some grappa – this keeps diners coming back for more.

The terrace is a must for a lunch in style and only open for lunch. The restaurant is open from Tuesday thru Sunday in the winter ski season from 11:30am – 2pm also for lunch and from 7pm – 10:30pm for dinner.
