Owners Melanie and Roger de Paris has been successful in keeping the ambiance, and more importantly, the dishes vibrant and modern. Their menu features French (mostly Provencal) and Asian cuisine featuring the freshest caught on the same day seafood and imported steaks. Their best sellers include Angus beef steak, grilled lobster, pizza, pasta, sashimi, sushi, Thai curries, and Vietnamese pho. Many vegetarian options are also on offer. The beef bourgignon and choucroute d’Alsace are a must try.  If you happen to have snagged your own fish while out sailing then you can also request for the kitchen to prepare cook your prize catch to your liking.

Chez de Paris is open daily from 8am until 11pm. There are also two billiards tables near the central bar for guests’ entertainment. There are umbrellas by the patio ideal for shaded outdoor luncheons.

D’Talipapa

There are many eateries at the D’Talipapa (local wet market) where guests can eat as much seafood they desire at very affordable prices. You can even shop for your own seafood right there at the market and choose how you would like them prepared.

Get ready to feast on buttered prawns, chili crab, fried or steamed fish, grilled calamari and other exciting seafood specialties. They only charge a minimal amount for cooking the dishes diners request for (around PHP 100 – PHP 150 per kilo). Diners are spoilt for choices of side dishes as well; the green mango salad is highly recommended.

Wash it all down with a cold glass of beer and expect to want to sit still for the next 20 min or have a nap after a hearty meal.

JammersJammers has made a pretty good name because it is open 24/7 and mostly because of their delicious all day snacks and refreshing fruit or coffee shakes.

Their best sellers include XL Burger with cheese and bacon, cheese steak sandwich, fish and chips, hotdog sandwiches, and sloppy joes.

Fruit flavours like coconut, mango, lemon, pineapple, and banana can also be mixed and matched.

The restaurant offers Moroccan favourites like tagines, zesty salads, flavourful wraps and so much more. Their slow cooked fall off the bone lamb dishes come highly recommended.
