Found inside of the Radission Blu Edwardian Hotel, Opus One is a prime spot to have a bit of nosh.
Specializing in traditional British fare, with a modern twist. Opus One’s décor is dramatic, glamorous, and stunning. It matches well with the Italianate façade of the hotel. You’ll love the mix of red chandeliers, modern black wooded tables and chairs, and the touch of gold they use really sets everything off nicely.
The food is excellent, and you may like to know, most of their produce is locally sourced. Everything this place does is spot on. With excellent service, fast and friendly, beautiful food, also nice sized portions, and quality, often time locally grown food, Opus One is a must when going through Manchester. If you like Fois Gras, try theirs, you’ll thank me.
Also worth mentioning is their extensive wine selection.
