The Forge

Style: Special Occasion Steakhouse & Raw Bar

The ForgeIf you are looking for high end The Forge is it. Ultra luxurious, it’s fine dining at it’s best. The Forge is a long standing restaurant, that in 2009 closed for a year long remodel. The newly redesigned restaurant is an inspired one, with the idea of bringing you the finest in ingredients straight from the farm to your table side. The design and décor of the restaurant is sublime.

The light blonde wood is hand carved and has antique smoked mirror imbedded, the crystal chandeliers are masterpieces of craftsmanship, and the furniture is classic elegance. One of the biggest changes is that they took out 100 seats, giving a more homey feel, like dinning in an old large manor house. For those seeking a bit more intimacy, The Forge also offers private dinning rooms.

The menu is relatively expansive for such a high end restaurant, offering 65 different items, from savory snacks, to principal meats, to risottos. Speaking of risotto, try the Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto, it’s divine, just the right blend of sweet from the shrimp and acid from the asparagus. You simply can’t go wrong with Maine Lobster, which you can get steamed, broiled, or stuffed. Dinning here is all about the experience, get all dressed up and enjoy a night out.

Reservations are a must! Open daily for dinner starting at 6pm.
