180 Ludlow review by Nicole Allmann
The Ludlow Hotel in the hip lower east side neighbourhood of Manhattan offers a luxurious and very interesting New Yorker experience for trendy travelers. Large windows, stunning chandeliers, ornate lamps, silk rugs, Italian linens, mosaic tiled flooring, and sheepskin throws are just some of the eye pleasing hand picked decoration that MacPherson personally appointed to pay homage to the area’s colourful past.

There are 184 plush and airy rooms that enjoy spectacular views of NYC’s bridges and skyscrapers. Guests enjoy a complimentary delicious continental breakfast at the lobby lounge than turns into a buzzy night spot in the evenings. The hotel’s restaurant – Dirty French from the same owners of Carbone and Torrisi Italian eateries, is a fast becoming a culinary hotspot. The lounge with a cozy fireplace with a trellis covered patio offers a relaxing spot to enjoy refreshing drinks and stimulating conversations.
