Jean –Pierre Vigato offers a truly one of a kind culinary experience at his 2 Michelin Star clad Apicius Restaurant in the wealthy 8th Arrondissiment district of Paris. The gorgeous restaurant set in a charming chateau has multiple private dining rooms, a lovely main dining area, and a cozy bar. Expect to see local elites, foreign dignitaries, and a highly influential crowd enjoying the ambiance and the exquisite gastronomy. A la carte and degustation menu options are available. Specialties include peppered foie gras with a coco sauce, beef millefeuille with caviar, and other French classics like pig trotters, frog legs, and luscious soufflés.
