Cafe Gandolfi - review by Nicole Allmann

Style: A Relaxing Trip Back in Time

Address: 64 Albion Street , Glasgow , Scotland
Area: Merchant City

Phone: +44 0141 552 6813

Price: Euro 11 - Euro 15 main course

Café Gandolfi prides itself as one among the pioneer establishments in the once neglected and remote Glasgow. Thanks to Lain Mackenzie, a trendsetter café has been founded to the now vibrant cosmopolitan place. Influenced by his love for photography, the café was named after the famous photographer Louis Gandolfi, with artistic interiors and innovative cuisine offerings. Among such delectable dishes are smoked venison with gratin dauphinoise, chilli and coriander bean patties in Greek pita bread, and baked bamambert with bread and roasted garlic.

The calming ambience welcomes every diner at Café Gandolfi as they open daily from 8am to 11:30pm  on Mondays thru Saturdays, and 9am to 11:30pm on Sundays.
