Chef and owner Meir Adoni is the genius behind "Catit’s" unique culinary offering. Using high quality seasonal ingredients, he had successfully infused European cuisine into the Israeli melting pot, giving it a distinctive French or Italian twist. Try their sumptuous "Sea Fish Ceviche made from powdered nori seaweed, dilicon, cucumber, tapioca pearls, jelly, honey, horseradish and chili." They also have "Slow Cooked Salmon Fillet covered with caramel, white asparagus with butter, cream, apple and green onions". Words have it that their dessert called “Earth” is a must-try.
Catit is also proud to produce its own bread, pasta, ice cream, sorbet, sauces and jams – all authentic with modern aromas and flavors.
Visit Catit every Sunday to Friday from Noon until 3pm and 7pm until 11pm. On Saturdays, they open late at 7pm until 11pm only.
