This Michel Star clad restaurant is truly flawless - the crisp table cloths, polished silverware, the graceful decor, the impeccable service, and of course the wonderful cuisine. The ambiance here is relaxed and comfortable. Expect to see men and women dressed to the nines having early dinner before they head on out to Gate Theatre.

 

The Chapter One kitchen offers international cuisine but mostly uses French classical techniques enhanced by modern food preparations. Opt for the chef’s table to be able to watch skillful chefs in action as they prepare one of the best meals you would encounter in your lifetime.

 

Chapter One welcomes diners for lunch on Tuesdays thru Fridays (12-2pm) and dinner on Tuesdays thru Saturdays (6pm -10:30pm).
