Hotel Alpine in the Klosters boasts of two exquisite restaurants – the Grischunstübli and the Bündnerstube restaurants. Both have elegant décor and a relaxing ambiance. Day times are bustling with many skiers, hikers, and locals enjoying lunch and before or after ski drinks. The night time candlelit dining room gets really romantic.
The Bündnerstube offers regional delights while the Grischunstübli offers refined Grison gourmet fare. Chef Christian Kaiser along with Chef Jacques Revel and their team chooses only the freshest seasonal ingredients in preparing culinary art works on plates. Dishes like grilled veal escalope with their ratatouille specialty, roasted saddle of lamb on potato gratin are lunch crowd pleasers. For the full palatable experience while enjoying the views of the surroundings, go for the ten course degustation menu for dinner.
Grischunstübli is open for dinner on Tuesdays ‘til Saturday evenings. (Closed on Mondays and Sundays) and Bündnerstube is open everyday from 8 am onwards.
