Nopa Kitchen and Bar at the International Spy Museum that recently opened in May 2013 is another hit from restaurateur Ashok Bajaj. The sophisticated eatery has stylish interiors and a refined ambiance. There are 3 elegant private dining spaces for intimate gatherings, including one with a cozy fireplace. Chef Greg McCarty offers seasonal fare with Asian and French influences with succulent dishes like hamachi tartare, foie gras terrine, Chilean seabass with wasabi spring peas, and roasted half chicken with smoked mushrooms and baby corn. Their charcuterie and raw bar offerings are also delicious. The bar offers sparkling, white, red, and rose wines along with innovative signature cocktails plus international bottled and draught beers.
Enjoy excellent contemporary brasserie fare just North of Pennysylvana (NoPa) any ay from 11:30 am until late.
