Parm in Little Italy/Nolita is an Italian-American eatery brought to us by the same smarts behind its adjacent big sister restaurant Torrisi. The nostalgic eatery has a 1950’s theme- pink formica counter tops, neon lights, red bar stools, and even 1950’s wallpaper. An open kitchen makes guests’ mouth water as they smell the scent of the eagerly awaited sumptuous meal. Get ready to be overwhelmed on which sandwich combination to order on your first visit or just come back every night for a week to try all their nightly specials served every 6pm onwards (pork chop pizziaola, fried chicken cacciatore, etc). Parm is said to have raised the bar for all sandwich shops in the city and their side orders and desserts like spicy rabe, mozz balls, and homemade baked ice cream are also a hit. The bar serves creative concoctions and wines, plus some bar food as well.
