Style: Upscale Contemporary French
2808 East Madison Street
, Seattle , WA 98112
Price: Above $60
Rovers is a modern French restaurant, using the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, they don't create what you would think of as classic French cuisine. Instead they merge classic French techniques to bring out the best flavor in the highest quality ingredients the region has to offer. Chef Thierry Rauyureau is a genius when it comes to creating new dishes, and has a real passion for only using ingredients that are local, sustainable, organic, and seasonal. His love and passion for what he does is evident in his delightful creations. Rovers may be a bit on the pricey side, but it is well worth the money, especially for your next big night out. Being that dishes are seasonal, the menu changes regularly, always providing a fresh, new experience. Reservations really are a must, otherwise you will have a very long wait and that's only if you can get a table. They are open for dinner Tue-Thurs 6pm, Fri-Sat 5:30, and Sun 5pm.
