Salumi brings a new concept, based on some old ideas, to Seattle's historic Pioneer Square. This really cool place draws inspiration from traditional Italian delis, producing high quality gourmet cured meats. This isn't your average deli, with house cured meats you can't find anywhere else, this is a diamond in the rough. You can even take home your favorite cured meat by the roll or the slice. Not only are the meats house made, but so is the bread, made fresh daily, it's worth going just for that. No matter what you decide to order, rest assured it's all delicious, Salumi made the choice to stay relatively small so that they could stay hands on. You can taste the passion and love they put into everything they make. The atmosphere here is casual sophistication. Think high class deli with a good sense of humor. No need for reservations here, just stop by. Only opened Tues-Fri 11am-3:30/4pm.
