Try their sumptuous "Sea Fish Ceviche made from powdered nori seaweed, dilicon, cucumber, tapioca pearls, jelly, honey, horseradish and chili." They also have "Slow Cooked Salmon Fillet covered with caramel, white asparagus with butter, cream, apple and green onions". Words have it that their dessert called “Earth” is a must-try.
Catit is also proud to produce its own bread, pasta, ice cream, sorbet, sauces and jams – all authentic with modern aromas and flavors.
