The Ashbee Hotel set in a gracefully restored 1908 historic English villa built by Architect Robert Charles Ashbee, offers a one of a kind Sicilian palazzo experience right in the heart of Taormina. The stylish art-deco hotel has 25 uniquely designed rooms with ornate wallpaper, antique period furnishings and lovely paintings that seamlessly blend with contemporary amenities. The indoor and outdoor communal spaces like the English style tearoom and bar, lounge terrace, rooftop garden terrace with lovely fountain, and infinity pool with panoramic sea views are just as charming. Dining here is also a special affair beginning with buffet breakfast served at the terrace, lunchtime and snacks at the pool club bar, to special classical Sicilian and scrumptious Mediterranean suppers at the St. George fine dining restaurant. Sunsets are best enjoyed with a glass of bubbly or fine wine at the rooftop Terrace Bar.
