Chef Andre Carmellini, two time James Beard Award winner, brings his American remixed menu to The Dutch. The food he creates is inspired, art on a fork you might say. Breakfast favorite is the Crab Cake Benedict, with asparagus and chipotle Hollandise. For lunch, take a walk on the wild side and try a lunchtime platter with oysters, octopus, or spicy coconut lobster just to name a few. Prime veal porterhouse is the perfect dinner choice. Basically, everything on the menu here is a winner, you can't go wrong with whatever you pick. They also offer a great selection of wines, whiskeys, and cocktails. The Dutch is a gorgeous restaurant, huge open space with high ceilings, light oak floors and white brick walls really make for a beautiful space to enjoy a fine meal. You are going to want to make reservations well in advance to eat here, it only seats 170. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 7am-11:30, Saturday-Sunday 7:30am-12pm; lunch daily 12pm-4pm; dinner Sunday-Wednesday 7pm-11:30pm and Thursday-Saturday 7pm-12am.
