The Tide House is a glorious Cornish coastal hideaway tucked in the quayside of the seaside village of St. Ives in Cornwall. The beautifully restored 1540s historical structure was the very first hotel in town and it still has its original granite façade. Hosts David and Suzy Fairfield have focused immense attention to every detail to make guests feel at home and very relaxed. All Cornwall lighthouse namesake inspired 6 individually designed rooms have great views and ultra-comfortable Hypnos beds so guests are guaranteed the most restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are also individually designed and just as chic and have soothing Aromatherapy Associates toiletries. Should guests want further relaxation other than lounging at the terrace while enjoying the serene sea views, treatments and massages may be enjoyed at the holistic treatment room.

There are also many cozy common areas like the kid’s den, sitting room with DVD library, courtyard, and the adults only snug with an honesty bar where grown-ups may lounge and have premium drinks. Continental breakfast may be enjoyed in your own room (for a fee) but it is best savoured at the dining room where a spread of gourmet breaky favourites like organic bacon, French toast, scrumptious pastries, smoked salmon, and fresh fruits are served daily.
