Hotel Le A
Hotel Le A looks a bit retro at first with white and black, dark wood floor finishing and brown curtains. It is in fact an architecturally modern, quiet hotel for intellectuals, couples on short breaks and older sophisticated clientele. It is in fact difficult for a design hotel to survive at a premium location in Paris , because the art, design and architecture critics would ruin anything of less than premium quality and talent.
Hotel Le A is designed by Frédéric Méchiche who obviously passed the test of time and critique. Rooms feature original artwork by Fabrice Hybert, a contemporary artist. The rooms are on the small side, but double shower bathrooms make up for this.
The location is great for sightseeing, shopping and dining as lots of Michelin starred restaurants are within a short walk or taxi ride.
