Hullet House sits on a hill on Canton Road, within a colonial building dating back to 1881. The hotel has retained the colonial style and furnishings, giving guests a classic luxury that is reminiscent of old Hong Kong . The site of the hotel used to be the old Marine Police Headquarters.
The Hullet House has 10 elegantly furnished spacious suites which are all individually decorated and have their own private balconies. Each suite comes with plasma screen TV’s, DVD players, iPod docking stations and high-speed wireless Internet access. The en suite bathrooms are spacious and have rain showers and complimentary bath amenities. The hotel has 5 restaurants, a gift shop, a performance area and 5 bars. Each of the restaurants has a particular function, for example The Parlour is open all day long, and serves a full English breakfast and afternoon tea. At night this restaurant transforms into a classy lounge bar. In addition there is a Chinese restaurant, a grill restaurant and a fine-dining restaurant.
