Mondrian Los Angeles
The Mondrian Los Angeles is located in the most sought after neighborhood in Los Angeles, right in the heart of Sunset Boulevard. The hotel was designed in 1996 by Philippe Starck, and has 237 rooms and suites. The Mondrian was redesigned in 2008, improving on luxury, and adding a touch of wonder with 30-foot doors made of mahogany gracing the entrance.
Guests will be very close to all the popular places of interest such as Sunset Boulevard, the Kodak Theatre, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Mann’s Chinese Theater, Santa Monica Boulevard and The Beverly Center. Each of the rooms and suites are well appointed with en suite bathrooms that have updated shower areas and deluxe toiletries.
The rooms have plasma-screen TV’s, writing desks, iPod docking stations, and wireless Internet access. Some suites will have private balconies, wet bars and sofa beds in addition to the usual amenities. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, gym, business facilities, meeting and event facilities and a full-service spa. There is a concierge desk as well as a restaurant and bar on the property.
