The Bed and Breakfast
The Bed and Breakfast is a charming, family-run establishment. Isabelle Meier-Holdener opened it after graduating from hospitality industry school, and she did it in her grandmother’s house while employing her mother to help her. She also contracted three other enthusiastic ladies to make it the best B&B in Lucerne, which now it certainly is even according to Trip Advisor.
You can reach it by foot, in a 15 minute walk from the train station, but you can also use a bus or a taxi unless you are travelling by car. Parking costs CHF 20 per day, so ask for parking tickets at the reception. The Bed and Breakfast allows you to use coffee machine and take cold drinks any time. You can enjoy your breakfast in the garden. All rooms are spacious and well lit.
