The Mark

The Mark is a New York landmark. The 1927 building located where 77th Street joins up with Madison Avenue stands tall today as it did all those years ago. The boutique hotel has been thoroughly renovated belying the historical exterior; The Mark portrays all the elegance and style of a 21st Century hotel on the inside. Maintaining its old world comfort, the newly renovated hotel, which reopened in 2009, eclipses many modern hotels with the very latest technology and 5-star facilities available for guests.

Re-designed by Jacques Grange, famous for his luxury hotel designs, The Mark has 150 rooms and suites, all elegantly laid out and furnished with custom-made furniture. In-room amenities include Bang Olufsen audio and video systems. A remote control for lighting, temperature, shades and entertainment systems, is available. The bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with a television in the mirror, as well as a phone. The hotel offers concierge services, a restaurant, a gym, complimentary Wifi Internet access, a bar and complimentary newspapers and shoe-shine.
