The boutique hotel Villa Estelle was designed by French interior designer Estelle Réale whom you may congratulate for the elegant mix of the medieval heritage with more contemporary solutions and perfectly blended artwork.
This bed and breakfast is run and owned by charming and helpful Irish lady Fiona Kennedy. You can choose among 5 rooms and suites, all individually furnished and authentic, nothing like the trendy designer hotels, but with a strong presence and character. You can rent the entire place for a small wedding, other celebration or family reunion, just make a timely enquiry.
There are a couple of fantastic restaurants for dining and drinks in the evening and these are best reached by the free village shuttle bus. You can’t approach Villa Estelle by your car because of the steep 300m cobbled path up to it, but it’s safe to park for free at a public parking just down the hill. This would be the reason not to recommend this villa for those guests with impaired mobility. Kids will be just fine, running around the winding narrow streets of the ancient village.
