Dash Restaurant

Style: Upscale Thai Cuisine in a Teakwood House

The Dash Restaurant set in a bi-level teakwood pavilion is a truly atmospheric eatery that is ideal for businesses lunches, celebrating special occasions, and romantic dates (especially when the open air restaurant is dimly lit at night). Ask to be seated by the pavilion’s sala room on the second floor if you’re eating as a group for a homey traditional Thai ambiance; having brunch by the porch or at the garden is refreshing.

Deck 1

Style: Fashionable Al Fresco Asian Fusion Cuisine

Deck 1 Chiang MaiDeck 1 has firmly earned itself a reputation for being Chiang Mai’s most fashionable dining destination; and quite rightly so.  Wonderfully creative Asian Fusion dishes are served by an attentive and professional staff in the most splendid riverside setting whilst the resident Jazz band provides the perfect backing music.

Deck 1’s fusion cuisine initially appears to be forged from Thai staples (chicken with basil and chillies, sticky rice, zingy salads) however the proof is in the tasting and the food here achieves that sought after but rarely attained balance of Thai and western flavours.

There is an impressive selection of wines available and the bartenders also serve a varied array of both new and classic cocktails, including non-alcoholic cocktails made with fresh, healthy ingredients.

An inspired dessert menu is available and the temptation to indulge whilst enjoying the ambience afforded by the tables in the garden overlooking the Ping River is hard to resist.
