Their seasonal menu makes use of local produce from neighbouring farms and homegrown herbs from their own garden. They bake their own bread and pastries daily and even roast their own coffee.

The winery, established in 1851, used to be a seminary which has a lovely chapel that is ideal for intimate weddings.
