The food offerings are superb featuring seasonal ingredients. The menu offers the same excellent dishes that has made the Parisian branches so famous with dishes like lemongrass poached cod, asparagus and pea bouillon, and delicious homemade tarts.

La Regalade St. Tropez is open for serves lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner from noon until 10pm (annual closing from October – April). The free shuttle services to and from the centre of town is a huge bonus. Reservations are advised especially for dinner time.

World renowned Chef Alain Ducasse’s newest eatery was launched last May 2013 at the hp and stylish Byblos Hotel in St. Tropez. The fancy restaurant has a 1950’s vibe decorated by Patricia Viel and Antonio Citterio (designers of London ’s Bulgari Hotel), who also designed the creative and dramatic lighting.

The lovely terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden would be a great spot for a romantic evening. The vibrant bar is great for aperitifs and a casual get together. A private dining room is also available.

With Vincent Maillard at the helm of the kitchen, seasonal offerings include gourmet Mediterranean delights like sardines comfit in basil, panisses and swordfish steak, vegetable cocettes, and sautéed gamberoni with vegetables. The dessert options and wine list is of course as impressive as other Ducasse multi-awarded restaurants.

Dinner is served daily from 8pm until 12:30am. Off -peak season schedule may vary. Guests are advised to make reservations days in advance.
