The ambiance here, being the mirror image of the Black Hoof, is relaxed and casually chic. Some servings, like the superb cured fish board, are ideal for sharing. Other must try’s include the chawanmushi, charred octopus and pequin, and the shrimp and toast. The Hoof Raw Bar also serves delish cocktails that go oh so well with the light and flavourful cuisine.
